Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is the current leader of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP). He was born on April 22, 1975, in Karachi, Pakistan. He is the son of Benazir Bhutto, the former Prime Minister of Pakistan. Bilawal has been a member of the PPP since 1998 and has held various positions in the party. He is the Chairman of the PPP’s Senate. Bilawal is also a Member of Pakistan’s National Assembly (MNA).
The SCO consists of China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, India, and Pakistan. Bilawal’s participation in the SCO meeting was speculated in the Pakistani media, and it has now been confirmed.
Bilawal is known for his anti-India rhetoric, especially regarding the Kashmir issue. He is the son of former President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari and was appointed as the country’s 37th Foreign Minister on April 27, 2022, at the age of 34.
